Hong Kong Records is one of the largest multimedia product retailers in Hong Kong. It has a wide range of audio and video products from local to international artists, from classical to mainstream pop. It also offers video games, accessories, books and magazines.

Hong Kong Records operates 3 shops with a total floor area of over 20,000 sq. ft and a collection of over 300,000 audio and video products. All the shops are located in Hong Kong's most popular shopping malls - Festival Walk, Pacific Place & Harbour City. Each shop is fitted with state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities and a specially dedicated room for Classical & Jazz music lovers. DJ hours are being arranged during weekends to introduce new releases albums, movies and musical videos as well as DJ recommendations.

In addition to displaying systematically a wide range of music and movie products that allows our customers to find titles efficiently and easily, our professionally trained, courteous and knowledgeable staffs also helps to locate selections, make recommendations and place special request orders for customers.

Hong Kong Records is also a great supporter for cultural events especially in music education for the youth in Hong Kong. It had, jointly organized with Hong Kong Philharmonic, a Forum for Mahler Fans as well as a fun fair exhibiting Mozart's work. Hong Kong Records also organized numerous performance and mini-concerts, master classes and autograph sessions of famous artists such as Vienna Boys Choir, Yundi Li, Trey Li, Maksim, Bonds, Emi Fujita, Xue Fei Yang etc. It also sponsors and participates in a number of exhibitions and events such as the celebration of Mozart's 200th birthday anniversary.
